At VCar Self Drive, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made online or via customer service up to 2 day's before the rental date.
- Free Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 day's before the rental will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations made less than 4 day's but more than 5 day's before the rental date will be refunded with a 50% deduction as a cancellation fee.
- No Refunds: Cancellations made within 1 day of the rental date will not be refunded.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will not be issued if the car is returned early or if the rental period is shortened for any reason.
